Assign Lot to Order, Job or CounterSales Invoice.
Receive Lot in POTracker or just add it in LotTracker
LotTracker traces Lot Quantities by location from receipt to sale. Conveniently retrieve the Sales order from Order Entry or Adagio Invoices and select the Lot and Quantity for Lotted Items from those available for sale. In CounterSales or JobTracker, select the Lot and Quantity directly from the sales or job parts screen while adding items to the sales invoice or the job. When sold, Lotted items are recorded in the Lot History file with customer, vendor, sales details, and expiry information included for reporting or display. Transactions can also be recorded or edited directly; if a sales module is not available; or changes are required after the sale is processed
