POTracker can now track budget figures from Adagio Ledger. The Budget Amount, Spent Amount and Committed Amount (Open purchase orders) can be displayed on each detail line of the purchase order. Warnings can be issued if a new purchase order will exceed the allowed budget. Security options can control the maximum purchase order amount and the departments an item can be charged to by purchaser.
